Before ppl pass judgement please understand this is my first event shell so i dont know/understand everything about the best ways to run things, these are just my thoughts. (IF YOUR GONNA SLATE ME/MY VIEWS PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY)

Ok so i'm sure by now everyone knows about the fallout last night! But i feel that some stuff need to be said for good/future of ls.

Leeey and Shaan have done good leading/creating this LS, and i think the future of LS depends on the 2 of them now talking and fixing problem. I has a possible soloution but its not up to me to decide, but here is my thoughts.

Everyone is not perfect and mistakes are made, i see this whole thing as a way for Ls to learn and grow stronger! I hope all members read and comment on this post, feedback is a good thing!

I think the bidding system is wrong and can be improved, that is where fallout started imo:

Where i feel the mistake was, is that there are to many items ppl want due to various jobs etc, so i think only getting item if it is on Wlist is a bad thing. I see a wlist as being a way for leaders to decide on target mobs/nms. Having item on Wlist should not automatically give u right to get item imo, some ppl may not know details about all items and only see it if it drops from nm.

Bidding should be held on items:

1. everyone gets chance to bid if u have a decent attendance record/%.
2. have a job at that level to use item.
3. then person who bids highest wins.

If ppl can understand/agree with what i am saying above, then i think we need to do right by purdy/ls.

Firstly we need to apologise to her and hope she understands its a fault with system, that we can fix. Secondly i think she should be next inline for homan legs! Thirdly we need to work on a new bidding/lotting system so that all ppl who work hard in ls can have a fair chance of getting items they want/need!

All new ls have teething problems, lets work this out and work as a group, forget egos and lets build this ls TOGETHER!

glad someone has eyes, i dont think bidding is the way out but wishlist cant be active with 10 slots to pick from, you realise how retarded that is? i will use myself as example, 10 items? ok i have 8 jobs that need head seals so i guess i wishlist those and only come abyssea attohwa? lol, 10 items is fucking stupid as hell.



i agree LS needs to do right by Purdy and its self to stop this shit happening again but i dont see it happening since shaan cant even admit he did wrong last night and has this vendetta with purdy, and why? you think she isnt right for me? thats my choice not yours and you think this bullshit makes me feel any better? you was shocked last night i didnt "know you" seems like a common problem if you think this is good for me.

Yeah maybe bidding is not the way out, but at least i'm trying to help! I do agree that the wish list is to small, there was suggestion in ls last night about a wish list for each event, maybe that can help?

But i also can see the theory behind the w/list thing and to be fair to cloud homan legs were on his w/list, and it was stated in chat "please update w/list" however still dont agree with w/list being 10 items and this is where the disagreement/fault lies, we need clear rules! Imo

please update wishlist sure but nothing regarding limbus gear, lol nashira gear isnt even on item list… how can we update a limbus list? either way you dont wishlist limbus gear we never have and nobody said we should, if someone would of said "omega is being done by wishlist" fair enough but it wasnt and for very obvious reasons now everyone gets to suffer for it unless shaan mans up and says sorry and sorts it.

The only issue I had with last night was that it was all of a sudden decided we'd go by wishlist with no prior notice and it's not even in the rules! How can you enforce the wishlist when you don't even have it in the rules?

Also agree with the issues regarding the size of the wishlist, some people want much more than 10 items and until you can make a bigger wishlist it's going to be flawed.

Although leaving the LS over Homam legs is a bit…meh, ok they're good but i'm pretty sure all the jobs that can equip them actually get a better leg piece in their AF3

wasnt really about the armor was more about the manner it was handled, Dring, Wlegs, Homam all items and being screwed out of 1 is just the same really your getting screwed either way, altho i see your points.


all i hope for is a solution, ive offered 1, ninja offered 1, but sadly i dont see purdy getting any type of apology for this crap because of ego's but i hope different.

I know i have no idea what happened lastnight. Tbh i don't wanna know the full story. imo i think a WL is bs for most items i think for equipment we should bid for it. For seals etc we should have them on a list and who ever has them on the list castlots and pay the set price. i know no one will like my idea im just saying what i think lol.

yeah i do think the rules need to be cleared up and posted on web so we can all read.

I also don't 100% believe Cloud is innocent in this, we never went by wishlist before then suddenly homam legs drop, Purdy has more points but Cloud decides he gets to lot because of wishlist?

they not talkin bout our old group tidis, I don't see the problem really tho lee himself adds homam items and their set costs but he wants to bid? if u set item costs and want to bid at same time who gets the item?


Rules aren't clear, but 2hrs before event i did say in ls chat to add to wl and purdy was part of convo so 100% did not miss it. and to the 10 item thing. no its not enough but here's the thing now, why use that as an excuse? she ddnt even wl 1 item >.>. if she had she woulda got homam legs.

During abyssea i told ppl they can bid simple because no1 had enough pts for the items we were doing, they were like 50pts set item cost, does that mean i said we never using WL again? No.

between lee cloud and myself we added a few hundred items with set costs, why do that if we planned to bid and not go by WL? answer these questions before u making lame excuses >.>

And its my and sacks fault for not making rules clearer but these are fact. if u cant explain why we had set item costs and plan to bid anyway like other day 50pts gk went for 6pts lol then dont reply.

I owe no1 an apology, if u cant see the logic in this, idk what to tell you.
